About Sam Fairchild
I have always been interested in photography, particularly capturing the beautiful outdoors, but I really began in earnest in the summer of 2023. I started photographing the outdoors as a way to slow down and pay attention to the places I had been rushing past for years. Mountains, lakes, winter mornings, and quiet trails became more than scenery. They became moments worth holding on to. And its these moments I decided I would like to share with those that would have them.
My work is created with print in mind. Every image is edited and tested to live on a wall, not just on a screen. I focus on clean color, natural light, and the feeling of being outrside when the air is still and the world feels a little wider.
I believe photographs belong in everyday spaces. Above couches, in hallways, near windows where the light changes through the day. My goal is to make prints that feel calm, grounded, and connected to the landscapes that shaped them.
About the Prints
Each print is produced through a professional lab using archival materials designed to last for decades. Metal prints deliver bold color and depth, while fine art papers offer a softer, gallery style finish. Every order is inspected and packaged with care.
